The Crone , she is the grandmother, she is the wise woman and fruition of all learning. The word “crone” come from the word “crown” - the emanation of wisdom flowing from her head like a halo.
She is wisdom, midwife, healer, seer and keeper. Her knowledge is highly sought by others to guide through change and life’s hardships.
 
The crone was revered and in some cultures feared, the wise woman was respected by many.
